By using Morat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
Acceptable use
You may not use Morat for unlawful activities, to infringe intellectual property, or to attempt to reverse engineer the service.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel any time from your Billing page; charges already invoiced are non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to data you upload. Morat retains all rights to the platform, models, and derived analytics infrastructure.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". Morat's total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate any time from Settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
